Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to request a refund for eligible digital products.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must meet one of the following criteria:

  • You did not receive the download link or file due to a technical issue.
  • The file is corrupted or not working as described.

  • You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.

  • Please note: Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, accidental purchase, or incompatibility with your device/software. All refund requests must include proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the issue.
  • To start a refund request, please contact us at ygcorp77@icloud.com. Items accessed, downloaded, or used in part or whole may not be eligible for a refund.
  • You can always contact us with any refund or access issue at ygcorp77@icloud.com.
  • Access Issues or Technical Problems
    Please check your order immediately after purchase. If you experience issues with accessing or downloading the file, or if the content is not functioning as described, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.
  • Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
    We do not offer refunds or accept return requests after 30 days:
  • Instant digital downloads where access has already been granted

  • Customized or personalized digital files

  • Promotional or discounted digital products

  • eBooks, guides, templates, or digital tools that have already been accessed or downloaded

  • If you're unsure whether your purchase qualifies for a refund, please contact us before submitting your request.
  • Exchanges
    Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you experience a problem with your download or accidentally purchased the wrong item, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
  • European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
    If your purchase was made within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days—only if the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once a file is accessed or downloaded, this right is waived in accordance with EU digital goods regulations.
  • Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
